Gluten-Free Chimichurri Fettuccine

Spice up your night with this homemade chimichurri sauce that pairs perfectly with our gluten-free fettuccine.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Taste Republic Fettuccine
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 sprig thai basil
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 head of broccoli
  • 1 green serrano pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar

Directions:

Cook and drain pasta according to package instructions.

Place all sauce ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. No cooking required.

Pour over pasta and serve!
